DESCRIPTION

FRN-R-6 is a Fusetron Class RK5 dual-element, time-delay fuse designed for motor protection and circuit control applications. It is rated at 6 amperes with a voltage rating of 250Vac/125Vdc and features an interrupting rating of 200kA Vac RMS and 20kA Vdc. The fuse provides a minimum time-delay of 10 seconds at 500% of rated current, allowing it to withstand temporary motor overloads and surge currents while still providing high-performance short-circuit protection. The overload element holds an overload five times greater than the ampere rating for a minimum of 10 seconds. This fuse is UL Listed (Standard 248-12, Class RK-5) and CSA Certified, making it suitable for motor overload, ground fault, and short-circuit protection in industrial and commercial electrical systems.
