DESCRIPTION

CVR-J-60200-M is a Bussmann® series Class J modular knifeblade power distribution fuse block designed to combine fuse protection and power distribution functionality in a single compact unit. This 200-ampere block operates at 600 volts and features a 200 kA symmetrical RMS withstand rating (SCCR) to achieve higher assembly short-circuit current ratings in compliance with NEC® standards. The patented design reduces panel space by up to 65 percent and lowers installation time and labor by an average of 33 percent compared to traditional separate fuse block and power distribution block solutions. The block is available in 3-pole configuration with modular snap-together assembly for tool-less installation, and includes an optional see-through cover with IP20 finger-safe protection, lockout/tagout capability, and open circuit indication. This design minimizes wire connections, reducing watts loss and overall panel operating temperature while simplifying panel layouts and reducing inventory costs.
