DESCRIPTION
SK2545YD2-3G is an SMD Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (V_RRM) of 45 V, maximum average forward rectified current (I_FAV) of 25 A at 125°C case temperature, and a low forward voltage drop of 0.44 V typical at 10 A (25°C) and 0.34 V at 125°C. The device exhibits very low leakage current (less than 100 µA at 25°C) and a thermal resistance of 1.5 K/W from junction to case, enabling efficient heat dissipation. Housed in a TO-263AB (D2PAK) package with commercial/industrial grade rating, the SK2545YD2-3G is ideal for solar bypass diodes, polarity protection circuits, free-wheeling diodes, and output rectification in DC/DC converters, offering superior performance in applications requiring low forward voltage drop and minimal thermal resistance.
