DESCRIPTION
The KBP210G is a single-phase diode bridge rectifier designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supply applications. It features four diodes in bridge configuration with a maximum alternating input voltage of 700 V RMS and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000 V, providing robust performance in high-voltage rectification circuits. The device delivers a maximum rectified output current of 1.2 A at 50°C ambient temperature (free standing) or 2.0 A with forced cooling at 100°C case temperature, with a forward voltage drop of less than 1.1 V at 2 A. Key electrical characteristics include a reverse recovery time of approximately 1500 ns, leakage current below 5 µA, and a peak forward surge current rating of 50 A (50 Hz, 10 ms).
