DESCRIPTION

The DB15-01 is a three-phase diode bridge rectifier designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supply applications. It features six diodes in bridge configuration with a maximum rectified output current of 15 A (at Tc = 95°C with 300 cm² cooling fin), forward voltage less than 1.05 V, and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100 V. The device operates with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, peak forward surge current of 350 A (50 Hz, 10 ms), and reverse recovery time of approximately 1500 ns. With an isolated aluminum baseplate, fast-on terminals, and UL recognition (File E175067), the DB15-01 is well-suited for commercial and industrial-grade power conversion applications requiring reliable rectification performance.
