DESCRIPTION

598-8130-107F is an orange-emitting MicroLED SMD LED in 0805 package format, measuring 2.0mm × 1.25mm × 0.7mm and optimized for high-volume automated assembly. The device features a dominant wavelength of 600–610 nm with forward voltage of 1.8–2.4V at 20 mA forward current, and a viewing angle of 140°. It exhibits thermal resistance of 450°C/W and reverse current intensity of 10 µA, with absolute maximum ratings including 30 mA forward current, 5V reverse voltage, and operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.
