DESCRIPTION

The 598-8110-107F is a single-color red MicroLED® SMD housed in a compact 0805 package. This AllnGaP-based LED emits a typical dominant wavelength of 633 nm with a luminous intensity of 55 mcd when driven with a 20 mA forward current. It features a typical forward voltage of 2.1V and a wide 140-degree viewing angle. Designed for automated manufacturing, this RoHS-compliant component is compatible with automatic placement equipment, making it ideal for high-volume applications such as status indicators, backlighting, and general-purpose illumination on printed circuit boards.
