DESCRIPTION

The 597-6401-607F is a yellow, reverse-mount LED designed for surface-mount applications. It features an AllnGaP chip that produces a typical dominant wavelength of 587 nm with a luminous intensity ranging from 28.0 to 450.0 mcd at a forward current of 20 mA. The LED operates with a typical forward voltage of 2.0 V and a maximum of 2.4 V. This RoHS compliant component is suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it ideal for status indicators, backlighting, and various industrial and consumer electronic applications.
