DESCRIPTION
597-2033-507F is an AllInGaP red LED emitting at 620 nm wavelength, designed for surface-mount applications in a 0605 package format. The device features a luminous intensity of 25 to 160 mcd at 20 mA forward current, with a typical forward voltage of 2.2 V and a maximum reverse voltage rating of 5 V. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a continuous forward current rating of 20 mA and peak forward current capability of 100 mA (1/10 duty cycle, 1 ms pulse width). The LED is RoHS compliant with moisture sensitivity level 3, packaged on a 7" (180 mm) reel containing 3,000 pieces per reel, and is suitable for wave soldering, dip soldering, or hand soldering using lead-free processes.
