DESCRIPTION

The 20027-81 is a 10 Amp 6PDT magnetic latching relay from Deltrol Controls' 100ML series, designed for general-purpose electrical load control in demanding applications. This relay features a 3/16" diameter movable contact rated for 10 Amp at 28 VDC, with a 12 VDC DC coil having 80 Ohms resistance and 2 W nominal power consumption. The relay operates with approximately 20 milliseconds pick-up and release times, maintains an insulation resistance of 100 Megohms minimum, and is rated for 100,000 electrical operations at rated load with a mechanical life of 10,000,000 operations. The molded Class F Rynite PET coil construction provides excellent moisture and dust resistance, operating reliably across -45°C to +100°C ambient temperatures with a 45°C coil temperature rise under continuous duty. This latching design requires only a pulse to charge and maintains contact status without continuous power, making it ideal for railroad, public transit, and pump controller applications where energy efficiency and reliability are critical.
