DESCRIPTION

The SM20 is a versatile level controller and high-power interface module designed for process control applications including pump control, dry-running protection, and alarm functions. It features two SPCO relay outputs with primary output rated at 20 A (8 A inductive) at 250 V AC and secondary output at 10 A (4 A inductive) at 250 V AC, capable of directly controlling motors up to 2 HP at power factor 0.4–0.5 single phase. The module accepts 1, 2, or 3 sensor inputs compatible with level switches, conductive probes, pressure switches, or other limit switches, with a 12 Vac sensor voltage supply. It operates from 240 or 415 Vac mains supply and includes automatic/manual switching capability with LED indicators for power, low level, and output status. The SM20 is ideal for applications such as submersible pump control, solenoid valve operation, rainwater tank filling, and sump pump drainage, offering reliable protection and flexible control in water management and industrial process systems.
