DESCRIPTION

The IPSS-G2000-5C is a semi-flush mount pressure transmitter featuring a ceramic piezo-resistive sensor designed for measuring gauge pressure in the 0-2 bar range with 4-20mA output signal. The device incorporates a microprocessor-based amplifier requiring no field adjustment, with high accuracy of ±0.25% FS (BFSL) and thermal compensation across +20°C to +80°C. The housing is constructed from 303 stainless steel with Viton O-ring seals and a 316L stainless steel or ceramic diaphragm, making it suitable for viscous, paste-like, and aggressive media applications. With an M12 4-pin connector, 9-32V dc supply voltage, and operational life exceeding 100 million cycles, this transmitter is ideal for process control, automotive testing, injection molding, and sewage/grey water applications where semi-flush mounting is required to prevent media buildup.
