DESCRIPTION

DAR71205TU is a UL-approved, normally open high-voltage relay from the DA(UL) series designed for high-reliability applications requiring excellent isolation and switching performance. The relay features 5 kV isolation across contacts with tungsten contact material, enabling switching voltages up to 5000 V DC or AC peak and switching currents up to 2 A at a maximum power of 50 W. It incorporates a high vacuum reed switch technology with a coil voltage of 5 V DC, must-operate voltage of 3.7 V, and operate/release times of 3.0 ms and 2.0 ms respectively. The turret (wire wrap) connection style with 4 pins (0.635" square) and PCB mount configuration makes it suitable for cardiac defibrillators, test equipment, and high-voltage power supplies where high isolation, low contact resistance, and reliable switching are essential.
