DESCRIPTION
The GFTS-26 is a 26-terminal screw-type terminal block from Curtis Industries featuring unplated brass inserts with No. 6-32 plated steel screws for secure wire connections. It provides a center-to-center spacing of 7/16" (11.11mm) and is rated for 20 amps at 300 volts (CSA) or 150-600 volts (UL, depending on application class). The housing is constructed from black thermo-set phenolic material with a continuous use temperature rating of 150°C (302°F) and UL 94 HB flammability rating, offering superior break resistance and durability. The terminal block accommodates wire sizes from No. 22AWG to No. 12AWG and features a tightening torque specification of 9 in.-lb. for both wire binding screws and wire clamps. This design is ideal for sub-chassis, thru-panel, and printed circuit board applications in industrial control systems, machinery, and electrical distribution equipment where reliable multi-point connections are required.
