DESCRIPTION

The SDI18-12-UC-P5 is a compact AC-DC power supply module from the SDI18 series designed to convert universal AC input to regulated 12V DC output. It delivers a maximum output current of 1.6A with a maximum output power of 19.2W and features ripple and noise of 120 mVp-p at full load. The unit achieves DoE Level VI efficiency with no-load power consumption below 0.075W, and includes comprehensive protections including over-voltage (22V threshold), over-current (5A threshold), and short-circuit protection with auto-recovery. The supply operates from a universal input voltage range of 90–264 Vac at 47–63 Hz, with isolation voltage of 3,000 Vac (input to output) and 1,500 Vac (input to frame ground), and holds up for a minimum of 10ms at full load. It is certified to UL/cUL (62368-1), PSE, and UKCA standards with FCC Part 15B Class B and CE compliance, making it suitable for industrial, consumer electronics, and telecommunications applications requiring reliable, compact power conversion.
