DESCRIPTION

The MIC-48 (89422008) is a compact temperature controller designed for heating and cooling applications with independent dual alarm functions and load break detection capability. It features PID control algorithm with support for multiple thermocouple types (J, K, R, S, N, L) and RTD Pt100 sensors, offering measurement ranges from -199.9°C to +4000 (with adjustable decimal point) and accuracy of ±0.2% of full scale ±1 digit at 25°C. The controller provides two independently selectable setpoints that can be remotely configured, manual/automatic power adjustment, and optional RS-485/MODBUS-JBUS serial communication at transmission speeds from 600 to 19,200 Bauds. It operates from 100–240 VAC or 24 VAC/DC supply with 8 VA maximum consumption, features red LED 4-digit measurement display (10 mm height) and green LED 4-digit setpoint display (7.5 mm height), and includes current transformer input for load break monitoring. The MIC-48 is ideal for industrial process control, HVAC systems, and precision temperature regulation where reliable multi-point monitoring and remote configuration are essential.
