DESCRIPTION

The 81549510 is a standard 3/2 miniature solenoid valve designed for controlling fluids and inert gases in pneumatic systems. It features a 0.8 mm orifice diameter with a KV of 0.3 and an adjustment range of 1–8 bar, operating at 24V with 1 W power consumption. The valve includes a manual override by impulse, 2.8 × 0.5 blade terminals (W7D5) for electrical connections, and tapped holes M5 for fluid connections. It has a response time of 5–15 ms, operates reliably across -5°C to +50°C, and supports fluid viscosity up to 30 cst with a maximum switching rate of 30 Hz. The valve body is constructed from glass-reinforced polyamide 6.6 and achieves a mechanical life of 1.5 × 107 operations, making it suitable for industrial automation, process control, and pneumatic circuit applications requiring compact, reliable valve solutions.
