DESCRIPTION
E1016-1631SX is a Cam-Lok single pole female insulated receptacle designed for reliable industrial power connectivity. It features a 1-1/8" threaded stud with 1/2"-13 stud size and maximum torque rating of 40 ft. lbs., with locked contacts capable of withstanding a pulling force of 1,000 lbs. The receptacle incorporates high conductivity brass contacts machined to a smooth sliding fit, with 1/3 turn locking action providing contact pressure approaching 600 lbs. per sq. in. for minimum resistance. The watertight elastomeric body is molded from colorfast material with color-coding for easy phase identification, while recessed contacts are protected by an insulating jacket extending beyond contact ends for safety. This receptacle is safety insulated for direct mounting to steel panels and is ideal for motors, generators, lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power applications.
