THA251M300AD1C is a Type THA ThinpackTM aluminum electrolytic capacitor designed for high-energy-density bulk storage in low-profile circuits. With an 8.2 mm profile and 250 µF capacitance at 300 Vdc rated voltage, this capacitor delivers energy density up to 1.1 J/cc, making it ideal for replacing arrays of SMT solid tantalum or aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C (at =300 Vdc) and features a 5000-hour life at 85°C for all production beyond 2020. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum ESR of 0.41 O at 120 Hz and 0.21 O at 20 kHz, with a ripple current capability of 1.10 A at 65°C ambient. This capacitor is commonly used in power supply circuits, industrial equipment, and applications requiring compact, high-capacitance energy storage with extended operational life.
