DESCRIPTION

PSU8865 is a non-polarized, aluminum electrolytic AC motor start capacitor designed for reliable motor starting applications. It features a compact, rugged bakelite case with dual quick-connect terminals and is available in capacitance ranges from 21 µF to 1280 µF with rated voltages from 110 Vac to 330 Vac. The capacitor operates across a frequency range of 50 Hz to 60 Hz with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 65°C and a storage temperature range of -55°C to 85°C, ensuring stable performance in diverse environmental conditions. Optional enhancements include bleeder resistors with 1/4" quick-connect terminals to extend relay contact switch life, and mounting brackets with end caps for flexible installation configurations. The PSU8865 meets EIA RS-463 Type 2 (Normal Performance) standards and is listed under UL file no. E128034, making it suitable for industrial motor applications requiring compact, reliable capacitive starting solutions.
