DESCRIPTION

MXH474K305E20 is an X2 across-the-line EMI/RFI suppression capacitor designed for harsh environmental conditions and automotive applications. The capacitor features a capacitance of 0.47 µF with ±10% tolerance, rated voltage of 305 Vac (630 Vdc equivalent), and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +110°C with voltage derating of 1.35% per degree Celsius above 85°C. It passes a 2,000-hour THB (Thermal Humidity Bias) test at 85°C and 85% RH, exceeding the industry standard 1,000-hour requirement, and holds AEC-Q200 automotive qualification with international agency approvals for safety and performance. The device exhibits a dv/dt rating of 400 V/µs, dissipation factor of 0.001 at 1 kHz, and an expected lifetime of 100,000 hours at rated voltage with hot spot temperature =85°C. This capacitor is ideal for EMI suppression in automotive power systems, industrial equipment, and other demanding applications requiring reliable performance in extreme environmental conditions.
