DESCRIPTION

MLP821T250EB1A is an 820 µF aluminum electrolytic capacitor rated at 250 Vdc, designed for ultra-long life in a low-profile flatpack configuration. It features a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, capacitance tolerance of ±20%, and an EB case code with 3.0-inch length and polyester insulation. The capacitor offers an ESL of less than 30 nH, a typical weight of 66 g, and is capable of withstanding 2000 hours endurance life at full load at +85°C. Its nearly hermetic welded seal assures up to 50-year life at +45°C, and it can withstand altitudes exceeding 80,000 feet. Common applications include voltage holdup or filtering in military SEM-E modules, telecom circuit packs, and computer cards.
