DESCRIPTION

MC18FA751J-F is a Type MC multilayer RF capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications requiring excellent RF performance. This 750 pF capacitor operates at 100 Vdc with a 1812 case size (4.5 mm × 3.2 mm × 2.0 mm maximum height), providing rugged construction compatible with FR4 circuit boards. The capacitor features extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies, natural mica dielectric with low ESR, and wave solderability for reliable assembly. It maintains stable performance over the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a capacitance tolerance of ±5% (J-code). The device is ideal for RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, MRI coils, and mobile radio applications where thermal cracking resistance and high RF current handling (dV/dt of 20,000 V/µs) are essential.
