DESCRIPTION

DPPM20S1K-F is a radial-leaded polypropylene film capacitor featuring foil/metallized hybrid construction for high-frequency and high-current applications. This capacitor is rated for 2000 Vdc (500 Vac at 60 Hz) with a capacitance of 0.01 µF and offers excellent self-healing characteristics. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C with full-rated voltage at 85°C and linear derating to 50% at 105°C. The low inductance design and high dV/dt rating of 1500 V/µs make it ideal for snubber applications in power electronics. Additional features include a dissipation factor of 0.1% maximum at 25°C and 1 kHz, and insulation resistance of 40,000 MO minimum.
