DESCRIPTION

DPPM20D22K-F is a radial-leaded polypropylene film capacitor featuring foil/metallized hybrid construction for high-frequency and high-current applications. This Type DPPM capacitor offers a capacitance of 0.0022 µF with ±10% tolerance, rated at 2000 Vdc (500 Vac), and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The capacitor features low inductance, high dV/dt capability of 1500 V/µs, and self-healing characteristics with a dissipation factor of 0.1% max at 25°C and 1 kHz. With dimensions including lead spacing (S) of 0.826 inches (21.0 mm) and lead diameter (d) of 0.032 inches (0.8 mm), this capacitor is ideal for compact snubber applications in power electronics where voltage transient suppression is required.
