DESCRIPTION

CDV16FF501JO3F is a 500 pF mica capacitor rated for 1000V DC, engineered for snubber and RF applications requiring high dV/dt capability and flatter insertion loss. This capacitor delivers dV/dt capability up to 275,000 V/µs and maintains controlled, resonance-free performance through 1 GHz, making it ideal for pulse and high-frequency applications. The CDV16FF501JO3F handles peak currents up to 825 amps and supports high continuous RMS current at frequencies up to 30 MHz, with the 500 pF value capable of handling 6.2 A rms continuously at 13.56 MHz. Its compact form factor and superior pulse current capability make it well-suited for CATV systems, RF circuits, and demanding snubber applications where reliability and performance are critical.
