DESCRIPTION

CD15CD080DO3 is a standard dipped silvered mica capacitor designed for timing and close tolerance applications requiring stable capacitance over a wide temperature range. This capacitor features an 8 pF capacitance value with a rated voltage of 1000 Vdc, meeting EIA RS153B dimensional specifications. The unit is constructed with an epoxy case material and copper clad steel terminals with nickel undercoat and 100% tin finish, providing excellent reliability and corrosion resistance. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and demonstrates a minimum dV/dt pulse capability of 100,000 V/µs. These mica capacitors are widely used in precision timing circuits, RF applications, and other demanding environments where high stability and low distortion are essential.
