DESCRIPTION

CD15CD070DO3F is a standard dipped silvered mica capacitor designed for timing and close tolerance applications requiring stable capacitance over a wide temperature range. This CD15 series capacitor features a 7 pF capacitance value with a 1000 Vdc voltage rating and ±1% (F) capacitance tolerance. The construction utilizes an epoxy case material with copper clad steel terminals featuring nickel undercoat and 100% tin finish. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and offers 100,000 V/µs dV/dt pulse capability minimum. This capacitor is ideal for applications demanding high stability and precision, such as RF circuits, oscillators, and filter networks.
