DESCRIPTION

BLH106K901B084 is a 10 µF, 900 VDC DC link capacitor engineered for harsh environments, featuring advanced construction and self-healing technology. The capacitor exhibits an equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 11.5 mO at 10 kHz, a thermal resistance of 9.6 °C/W, and a typical equivalent series inductance (ESL) of 30 nH, enabling efficient energy storage and low-loss operation. It supports a ripple current of 9.5 A at 70 °C and a peak current of 350 A, with a voltage rise rate (dv/dt) of 35 V/µs. The device is qualified to AEC-Q200 automotive standards and has been tested for 1,500 hours at 85 °C / 85% relative humidity with rated voltage applied, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial power conversion applications requiring high reliability and performance in extreme conditions.
