DESCRIPTION
AFK106M50D16T-F is a surface-mount aluminum electrolytic capacitor designed for low-impedance filtering, bypassing, and power supply decoupling in demanding applications. This Type AFK capacitor features a 10 µF capacitance with a 50 Vdc rated voltage (63 Vdc surge), operating reliably across a wide temperature range of -55 °C to +105 °C. The device exhibits exceptionally low ESR of 0.880 O at 100 kHz/20 °C and a dissipation factor of 0.10 at 120 Hz/20 °C, with a maximum ripple current rating of 165 mA. Housed in a compact case D package (6.3 mm diameter × 5.8 mm length), it delivers superior performance compared to standard low-ESR aluminum capacitors, approaching tantalum-level impedance characteristics at significantly lower cost.
