DESCRIPTION

381LR471M400A042 is a 470 µF, 400 Vdc snap-in aluminum electrolytic capacitor from Cornell Dubilier's Type 381LR series, designed for ultra-high ripple current applications. It features a maximum ESR of 0.282 ohms at 120 Hz and 0.127 ohms at 20 kHz, with ripple current ratings of 2.01 A at 120 Hz and 2.87 A at 20 kHz at 105°C. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -25°C to +105°C and has a nominal size of 35 x 40 mm with 4.0 mm pin length. With a capacitance tolerance of ±20% and an endurance life of 3000 hours at full load at 105°C, this capacitor is ideal for motor drive bus capacitors and UPS bus capacitors where high ripple current handling and low ESR are critical.
