DESCRIPTION

The CHB50W-48S05 is a 50-watt isolated DC-DC converter designed for wide input voltage applications. It accepts an input voltage range of 18-75 VDC and delivers a regulated 5 VDC output with a maximum current of 10 A, achieving 83% efficiency at full load. The module features a 300 kHz switching frequency, continuous short-circuit protection, and 1500 VDC isolation between input, output, and case. With a compact half-brick form factor measuring 57.9 × 61.0 × 12.7 mm and an aluminum case, it meets industrial standards and UL60950-1 safety approval. The converter is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and distributed power applications requiring reliable isolated power conversion with high efficiency and protection features.
