DESCRIPTION

CFM80S240 is an 80-watt open-frame AC-DC power supply module designed to deliver a regulated 24V DC output at up to 3.35A from a universal AC input range of 90–264Vac. The module features high efficiency of 90% at full load and 230Vac input, with compact dimensions of 2" × 4" (101.6 × 80.6 × 27.1 mm) and weighs only 155 grams. It incorporates comprehensive protection mechanisms including continuous short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection (30V clamp), and over-current protection, along with excellent voltage regulation (±0.5% line regulation and ±1% load regulation). The CFM80S240 is certified to IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 Ed 3.0 for safety and meets EN 55032 and CISPR/FCC Class B for EMC compliance, making it suitable for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and other applications requiring reliable isolated DC power in compact form factors.
