DESCRIPTION

VVCZC00-000 is a V-Series Contura II sealed snap-in rocker switch designed for demanding marine and industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection. The switch features IP66/68 sealing certification, providing complete protection against dust and prolonged spray and submersion under pressure, and meets UL1500/ISO8846 ignition protection standards for marine products. It offers single or double pole circuit configurations with contact ratings up to 15 amps at 125VAC and 10 amps at 250VAC, silver alloy contacts with 50,000 to 100,000 cycle electrical life, and 150,000 cycle minimum mechanical endurance. The switch operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is resistant to vibration, shock, thermal shock, moisture, and salt spray, making it ideal for marine vessels, offshore equipment, and other corrosive or high-vibration environments where durability and safety are critical.
