DESCRIPTION

V6D2S00B-AZC00-000 is a sealed rocker switch from the Carling Technologies V-Series Contura product line, designed for demanding marine and transportation applications. This switch features IP66/68 sealing for above-panel components, an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and a polyester blend base rated to 125°C with UL 94V0 flammability rating. The switch has been tested to rigorous standards including MIL-Std 202F for vibration (10G's, 10-500 Hz), shock (30G's), salt spray (96 hours), and thermal shock (-55°C to +85°C). It meets UL1500/ISO8846 ignition protection requirements and accepts panel thicknesses from 0.030 to 0.250 inches (0.76 to 6.35mm). Common applications include on/off-highway vehicles, marine equipment, armored vehicles, and mining machinery where rugged sealing protection is required.
