DESCRIPTION

The 3MA-SP1-PC-BD-M1QE is an alternate-action miniature pushbutton switch from Carling Technologies' 3MA-Series, featuring a single-pole circuit with a 0.315" diameter brass chrome-plated plunger actuator (PC) and BD bushing configuration. The switch is designed for PC board mounting with epoxy seal termination, offering contact resistance of 10 mO maximum at 2–4 VDC 100 mA with silver or gold-plated contacts. It delivers an electrical life of 50,000 make and break cycles at full load, operates reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, and maintains an insulation resistance of 1000 MO minimum with dielectric strength rated at 1500 Volts RMS. The switch is constructed with a dially phthalate (DAP) case (UL 94V-0), glass-filled nylon or polyester plunger, zinc nickel-plated bushing, and stainless steel housing, making it suitable for industrial control panels, instrumentation, and consumer electronics applications requiring reliable momentary or alternate switching action.
