DESCRIPTION

The 2GL91-78 is a G-Series toggle switch designed for general-purpose industrial and commercial applications. It features a sealed bat actuator (78 style) with an On-None-On circuit configuration, rated for 10A at 250VAC, 15A at 125VAC, and 12A at 250VAC with T85/55 ENEC/VDE approval. The switch has a toggle length of 0.687 inches and a bushing length of 0.465 inches, with a dielectric strength of 1000V (UL/CSA) and 4000V (VDE) between live and dead metal parts. It offers an electrical life of 50,000 cycles under maintained operation and 100,000 cycles of mechanical life, with an operating temperature range from 0°C to 85°C. The 2GL91-78 is suitable for low voltage 12/24V DC applications and is commonly used in marine, food service, generator, industrial control, and office automation environments.
