MPI005P28LSWH12 is a 19mm stainless steel illuminated vandal-resistant push button switch designed for robust industrial and public-access applications. It features S.P.C.O (Single Pole Change-Over) switching with both momentary and latching action options, available with either plug terminal or screw terminal configurations. The switch is rated for 5A at 12VDC or 24VDC, 5A at 125VAC, and 3A at 250VAC, with an IP65 sealing rating ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments. Key technical characteristics include a contact resistance of 50mO maximum at 1A/2V, insulation resistance exceeding 1000MO at 500Vdc, and dielectric strength greater than 2.0kVac. The switch body and button are constructed from stainless steel with an aluminium alloy option, while contacts are silver and terminations are brass with gold plating. It offers 1,000,000 minimum mechanical operations and 50,000 minimum electrical operations, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C.
