DESCRIPTION

C1353ALNAE is a high-inrush rocker switch from the 1350 series designed for demanding switching applications requiring positive break contact separation. The switch features an ON-OFF function with a right-angle solder terminal configuration and is rated for 20A at 250Vac (1hp at 125Vac, 1/2hp), as well as 72Vdc at 7A and 36Vdc at 14A. The 1350 series mechanism employs a plunger tube that acts directly on the step in the moving contact to ensure contact welds formed at switch-on are positively separated, providing reliable high-inrush performance. With a 3mm contact gap and compliance to UL and CSA standards (file E45221 and LR10990), this switch is suitable for industrial control panels, power distribution equipment, and applications requiring robust switching under high inrush current conditions.
