DESCRIPTION

CN-5708 is a die-cast aluminum enclosure manufactured by Bud Industries, designed to house and protect electronic components. The enclosure is constructed from aluminum alloy ADC-12 with a natural finish and features an IP65-rated neoprene gasket that is self-adhesive and 3 mm thick with black coloring to ensure environmental sealing. Assembly includes stainless steel M3.5 × 12 mm countersunk head self-threading screws, with dimensional tolerances of ±0.005 inches for hole diameters and ±0.015 inches for other dimensions. The enclosure body measures 6.508 inches in length and 3.032 inches in height, with a clear internal height of 3.054 inches, providing adequate space for component mounting. This enclosure is ideal for applications requiring robust environmental protection, such as outdoor electronics, industrial control systems, and field-mounted instrumentation where durability and IP65 sealing are essential.
