DESCRIPTION

ZV30K2220122NIR1 is a low voltage leaded varistor from the Bourns ZV Series, designed to protect sensitive electronic devices against high voltage and current surges in the low voltage region. Based on the part number structure, this varistor features a 30 Vrms maximum continuous working voltage with ±10% tolerance (K) and is available in tape and reel packaging for automatic insertion equipment. The ZV Series offers excellent transient energy absorption due to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation, with a maximum continuous operating temperature of +125°C. These varistors are commonly used in applications requiring protection of sensitive electronics from voltage transients and surges.
