DESCRIPTION

The TBU-CA025-300-WH is a low-capacitance, bidirectional high-speed protection component constructed using MOSFET semiconductor technology, designed to protect against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. This device features a peak impulse voltage withstand rating of 250 V with a trigger current range of 400–600 mA (typical 500 mA), and a series resistance of 3.2–3.8 O at rated conditions. The component is housed in a surface-mount DFN package, operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and meets RoHS and Pb-free solder reflow requirements with UL agency listing (File Number E315805). The TBU-CA025-300-WH is ideal for voice/VDSL cards, protection modules, process control equipment, test and measurement systems, and general electronics where high-speed surge suppression and automatic reset capability are required.
