DESCRIPTION

The SRR1210-820M is a shielded surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SRR1210 series, featuring an inductance of 82 µH (±20% tolerance) at 1 kHz with 0.25 V test conditions. This component is rated for 2.5 A RMS current with a saturation current of 9 A, and exhibits a self-resonant frequency of 3.5 MHz with a quality factor of 2.52. The inductor is constructed with a ferrite core (DR & RI materials) and enameled copper wire with matte tin terminal coating, housed in a compact 12.0 mm × 12.0 mm × 10.0 mm maximum package. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a typical temperature rise of 40°C at rated current, the SRR1210-820M is ideal for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supplies for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TVs, offering RoHS compliance and Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 rating.
