DESCRIPTION

SF-0603F500-2 is a fast-acting surface mount thin film chip fuse designed for overcurrent protection in electronic circuits. It features a rated current of 5.00 A with a typical resistance of 12 mO and a rated voltage of DC 32 V. The fuse has a typical I²t value of 0.433 A²s and opens within 1 minute at 200% of rated current. With a compact 1608 (EIA 0603) footprint measuring 1.6 mm × 0.8 mm, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. This UL listed, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free fuse is ideal for applications such as portable memory devices, LCD monitors, digital cameras, cell phones, and rechargeable battery packs.
