DESCRIPTION

SDR1005-220ML is a surface-mount power inductor from the Bourns SDR1005 series, featuring a 22 µH inductance at 1 kHz with a low profile of 5.0 mm maximum height. The inductor exhibits a quality factor (Q) of 29 at 2.52 MHz test frequency, a self-resonant frequency (SRF) minimum of 18 MHz, and a maximum DC resistance (RDC) of 0.10 O, supporting an RMS current rating of 2.00 A with a saturation current of 2.50 A typical. The device is constructed with a ferrite DR core, enameled copper wire, and Cu/Sn terminals, operating reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a maximum soldering heat resistance of +250°C for 10 seconds. This inductor is ideal for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supplies for portable communications equipment, camcorders, LCD TVs, and automotive applications, offering RoHS compliance and compact packaging with 600 pieces per reel.
