DESCRIPTION

Bourns PWR263S Series Power Resistors are surface mount resistors in a D2PAK package designed to withstand peak temperatures of 260ºC during solder reflow. The PWR263S-35 resistors from Bourns also feature low inductance, high power rating (up to 35W continuous), wide resistance range, and electrical isolation from the backplate. Applications include resistors are power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement, and rectifiers. Resistance: 100 Ohms Power Rating: 35 W Tolerance: 5 % Temperature Coefficient: 100 PPM / C Minimum Operating Temperature: - 55 C Maximum Operating Temperature: + 155 C Voltage Rating: 250 V Package/Case: TO-263-2 (D2PAK)
