DESCRIPTION

The PWR220T-20-R100F is a thick film power resistor from the Bourns® PWR220T-20 series, designed for high power dissipation in a through-hole, TO-220 package. It provides a resistance of 0.1 Ω with a ±1% tolerance and a power rating of 20W at a 25°C case temperature. Key features include low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, a TCR of ±100 PPM/°C, and electrical isolation from the backplate. The resistor operates over a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C. Being AEC-Q200 qualified, it is ideal for demanding applications such as power supplies, motor drives, rectifiers, and test equipment, often used in snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits.
