DESCRIPTION

MF-R250U is a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable fuse from Bourns' MF-R Series designed for overcurrent protection in electronic circuits. It features a maximum voltage rating of 30 V, maximum current rating of 40 A, and a hold current of 2.50 A with a trip resistance of 5.00 O. The device exhibits an initial post-trip resistance of 0.025 O at 23°C and a 1-hour maximum resistance of 0.048 O, with a time-to-trip of 0.07 seconds under specified conditions. The component is housed in a radial leaded package with Sn/Cu lead material and meets UL 94V-0 flame retardant requirements, RoHS compliance, and halogen-free standards.
