DESCRIPTION

CGA0402MLC-05G is an automotive-grade ESD protector designed for high-speed digital applications requiring electrostatic discharge protection. This device features extremely low capacitance of 0.2 pF typical at 1 MHz and 1 Vrms, combined with a sub-1 nanosecond response time to ESD strikes, making it ideal for protecting sensitive high-speed circuits. The protector is AEC-Q200 qualified and provides IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection with a maximum DC working voltage of 5 V, low leakage current, and bidirectional operation. With its compact 0402 package (1.00 mm × 0.50 mm × 0.34 mm), it is well-suited for camera links, sensors, touchscreen interfaces, GPS antennas, USB 3.0, and other high-speed communication buses in automotive and consumer electronics applications.
