DESCRIPTION

The CDSOT23-T03 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor array designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It operates with a working peak voltage of 3.3V and has a breakdown voltage of 4.0V at 1 mA. This device provides robust protection by clamping transients with a maximum voltage of 7.0V at 1A and can handle a peak pulse power of 500W for an 8/20 µs waveform. With a typical unidirectional capacitance of 500 pF and ESD immunity up to 30 kV, it is ideal for applications such as protecting data lines, portable electronics, and control and monitoring systems.
